Akane Saitō ( Japanese 齊藤 あ か ね , Saitō Akane ; born January 12, 1993 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

She started her career at TEPCO Mareeze . In 2011 he switched to Urawa Reds Ladies . She contributed to winning the Nihon Joshi Soccer League in 2014 . In 2015 he switched to AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies .

National team

With the Japanese U-17 national team , she qualified for the U-17 Women's World Cup in 2008 . With the Japanese U-20 national team , she qualified for the 2010 U-20 Women's World Cup .

Saitō was appointed to the Japanese national team in 2011 and was used at the 2011 Algarve Cup . Saitō completed her first international match for the Japanese national team on March 9 against Sweden .
