Akira Tsuchikawa ( Japanese 土 川昭 , Tsuchikawa Akira ; * 20th century) is a Japanese astronomer .

Between 1994 and 1999 he discovered four asteroids , one of them together with Osamu Muramatsu, at the western Japanese Mantenboshi Observatory ( IAU code 417) in the village of Yanagida, which belongs to the city of Noto .
