Shareholder forum

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Shareholder forum is an internet forum of the electronic Federal Gazette that offers shareholders and shareholder associations in Germany a platform for representing their interests. The procedure was introduced in 2005 with the new Section 127a in the Stock Corporation Act. With the Ordinance on the Shareholder Forum of November 22, 2005 (Shareholder Forum Ordinance, abbreviated to AktFoV), further details were regulated. However, the shareholders' forum is just one of the many ways shareholders can communicate with one another.
