Al-Madina ( Arabic : The City ) is a daily newspaper in Saudi Arabia . It belongs to the Al-Madinapress media group and has its headquarters in Medina . It is the oldest newspaper in the country and is considered moderate and close to the government. Al-Madinapress is one of the largest and most prominent media groups in Saudi Arabia.
