The Al Huta Cave ( Arabic كهف الهوتة, DMG kahf al-Hūta ) near Bahla is the second largest cave in Oman .
In 2006 a visitor center with a geology museum, restaurant and souvenir shop was opened about 300 meters from the cave.
The formation of the Hajar Mountains and the cave are clearly illustrated in the Geology Museum .
The visitors are driven into the cave with an electric train, for which a separate entrance to the cave was built.
