Al Strobel

Al Strobel (born 1939 in Seattle , Washington , United States ) is an American actor who became famous as the one-armed Mike in the series Twin Peaks .

As a teenager, Al Strobel lost his left arm in a car accident. He had his first appearance as an actor in the film Shadow Play in 1986. In 1990, the television series Twin Peaks , initiated by David Lynch and Mark Frost , followed , in which Strobel slipped into the role of one-armed Philip Gerard ( Mike ). In the movie Twin Peaks - The Movie (1992) he was also seen in the same role. He last worked in 2001 in the film Ricochet River . In 2017 he also worked in his most famous role in the continuation of the TV series Twin Peaks.
