The Alabama Hayloft Jamboree was an American country radio show broadcast by WAPI of Birmingham , Alabama .

The Alabama Hayloft Jamboree was broadcast live from Birmingham, Alabama, via WAPI once a week. The earliest broadcasts were held back in 1941 and had Fiddlin 'Arthur Smith and the Delmore Brothers as members. The jamboree was moderated by Ralph Rogers, a DJ at WAPI.

The Alabama Hayloft Jamboree was very popular in the Birmingham area and continued to air until at least 1948. Hard rock Gunter , who had previously worked as a background musician on the show, and Happy Wilson and the Golden River Boys (with whom Gunter also played) were the “draft horses” of the show at the time.

The Alabama Hayloft Jamboree was later discontinued. WAPI is now a talk radio .
