The Alabama State Route 221 (abbreviated AL 221 ) is a state highway in the US state of Alabama , which runs north-south direction.

The State Route forms the western bypass around the city of Camden . It begins on Alabama State Route 41 south of Camden and ends 14 kilometers on Alabama State Route 28 near Canton Bend.

North of Camden Municipal Airport , AL 221 meets Alabama State Route 10 .
