Albert Borée
Albert Luis Konrad Hans Borée ( July 12, 1864 in Elbingerode - January 5, 1910 in Berlin ) was a German theater actor , director and comedian .
Life
Borée was a son of the pharmacist Wilhelm Borée and his wife Juliane, née Trumpff (1841-1911). One of his brothers was the Dresden pastor Wilhelm Borée (1862–1945).
Borée began his stage career in Plauen without taking dramatic lessons, then moved to Bromberg, Göttingen, Neu-Strelitz and in 1893 joined the Strasbourg City Theater Association. He worked there as a character comedian and also as a director.
A relationship with the singer Minna Borée (1846-1890), who was also born in Elbingerode, is obvious, but the status of the relationship is unclear.
He was married to the actress Jenny Marba .
