Alberto Gasser Vargas

Alberto Gasser Vargas (* 1953 in Cochabamba ) is a former Bolivian politician.

Life

Alberto Gasser Vargas joined the Autonomous University Gabriel René Moreno studying law , and practiced the profession of lawyer from. In 1976 he was managing director of the Centro de estudiantes de derecho . In 1977 he was managing director of the Federación Universitaria Local , (FUL).

When Comedy - Show Manager, he led two of the most successful television shows Bolivia: from 1983 to 1990 "Tra la la" and from 1990 to 1996, "Champagne Show". From 1990 he was event manager for the Movimiento Nacionalista Revolucionario (MNR) under the leadership of Gonzalo Sánchez de Lozada . From 1992 to 1997 he was Chief of Staff of the MNR in Cochabamba . In 1993 he was elected to parliament, which he left in 1995 to be employed as prefect until 1997.
