Alexa Ivan

Alexa Iwan (* 1966 ) is a German nutritionist and television presenter , who with the shows Alexa - I fight against your kilos! ( RTL ) and “ Darling, we're going to kill the children! “( RTL II ) has achieved nationwide recognition.

Life

Alexa Iwan graduated from high school in Hamburg in 1985. After working in a hotel kitchen for over a year and studying nutritional science, Alexa Iwan first worked as a film writer for the SWR health magazine "Hallo, wie geht's?" (1992–1994) and then for almost 10 years as a presenter for the RTL early magazines in the news sector, before focusing entirely on health after the birth of her second child. Alexa Iwan is married to the TV journalist and RTL department head Jan Rasmus. She presented the health magazine “rundumgesund” (2003–2005) for WDR and the AOK health program “vigo TV” on center.tv before returning to the RTL media group for the two above-mentioned productions. Alexa Iwan also writes books and is available as an expert in the print media. In addition, she moderates events on health topics. In 2016, Alexa Iwan received her doctorate from the German Sport University Cologne. rer. nat. PhD. She has also been running the "good food blog" on healthy eating since 2016.
