Alexander Kunz
Alexander Kunz (* 1966 in St. Wendel ) is a German chef.
Career
After completing his training, Kunz moved to Dieter Müller's Swiss room .
Since 1992 Alexander Kunz has been cooking in his parents' business, which has been in the family for over 100 years. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star since 1999 . In 2003 he took over the business. Kunz cooks in the tradition of light French cuisine.
He has also been running the Alexander Kunz Theater since 2010 .
