Alexander Marxer

Alexander Marxer (born November 19, 1964 in Thüringerberg , Vorarlberg ) is a Liechtenstein politician (VU).

biography

Marxer completed an apprenticeship as a physics laboratory technician, after which he continued his education in the fields of electronics and measurement and control technology. This was then followed by a postgraduate degree in international management.

In 2001 Marxer ran in the state elections for the Fatherland Union (VU) in the Unterland , but was unable to secure a seat in the Liechtenstein state parliament . Instead, he became a deputy MP. When the state parliament member Otto Büchel resigned in September 2003 for health reasons, Marxer moved up for him. For Marxer, in turn, Peter Kranz became deputy member of parliament. In the 2005 state elections, Marxer ran again for a seat in the state parliament, but this time again he was unable to win a seat.

Marxer is married to a Japanese woman and has two children.
