Alexis Castro
Alexis de Jesus Castro Rodriguez (born October 15, 1980 ) is a former Colombian cyclist .
Alex Castro was the 2002 Pan-American road race champion in the U23 class. He also won a stage at the Doble Copacabana Grand Prix Fides and was third overall. In 2004 he became a professional with the Colombia-Selle Italia cycling team . In his second year there, he won a stage at the Vuelta al Cauca and at the Clásica Nacional Marco Fidel Suárez . In 2006 he moved to Viña Magna-Cropu , where he won a stage in the Vuelta a Boyacà and a stage in the Vuelta a Antioquia .
