The Manzana Postobón Team is a Colombian cycling team based in Medellin .

The team received a UCI license as a Continental Team under the name Colombia es Pasión and mainly took part in races on the UCI America Tour .

In 2011 the team had a license as a Professional Continental Team , but did not apply for such a license for 2012. Most of the drivers switched instead to the new Colombia-Coldeportes team , which is run by the Instituto Colombiano del Deportes (sp., German: Colombian Institute for Sport). The Instituto Colombiano del Deportes was one of the namesake of the team in 2009. However, the two teams have no organizational connection.

After a year without a UCI license, the team drove again in 2013 and 2014 as a Continental Team under the name 472-Colombia . In 2015 the team was again only registered nationally and returned to international cycling as the Manzana Postobón Team, initially as the Continental Team and in 2017 as the Professional Continental Team.

After several doping cases (including Juan José Amador and Wilmar Paredes ), the team announced its dissolution in 2019.
