Hugo Sebastián Salazar Castañeda (born January 23, 1990 in San Rafael ) is a Colombian track and road cyclist.

Sebastián Salazar was Colombian time trial champion in the junior class in 2007 and won the title at the Pan American Championship. In the next year he was able to successfully defend both titles. Salazar has been driving for the Colombian Continental Team Café de Colombia-Colombia es Pasión since 2010 .

On the track, Salazar was the Colombian junior champion in the team pursuit in 2007 and at the Pan American Championship he won the gold medal in this discipline and silver in the single pursuit. In 2008 he won the team pursuit, the points race, the Madison and the single pursuit at the national championship in the junior class. In addition, he was again Pan American champion in the team pursuit.
