Jhonatan Restrepo Valencia (born November 28, 1994 in Pácora ) is a Colombian cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2013 Jhonatan Restrepo won two stages of the U23 edition of the Vuelta a Colombia , and the following year he was able to win another stage of the tour. He was also the U23 Pan American road race champion. Restrepo also had success on the track in 2014 . Together with Juan Sebastián Molano , Brayan Stiven Sánchez and Arles Castro , he became the Pan American champion in team pursuit and with Jordan Parra vice-champion in two-man team driving . In 2015 he won three Pan-American titles: in the individual pursuit and in the team pursuit ( Juan Esteban Arango , Arles Castro and Jordan Parra). Together with Fernando Gaviria , Arles Castro and Juan Esteban Arango, he won gold in the team pursuit at the Pan American Games .

In 2016 Restrepo started on a Grand Tour for the first time and finished 126th overall at the Vuelta a España . At the Tour Down Under 2017 he won the junior ranking.
