MG Baltic Media is the largest Lithuanian media company, a subsidiary of the holding company UAB " MG Baltic Investment ". The company owns four companies directly and nine companies indirectly. Subsidiaries abroad offer solutions for transferring telephone numbers. In 2007 UAB “ Laisvas ir nepriklausomas kanalas ”, TV1, the magazine publishing company “Neo-Press”, the news portal Alfa.lt and the telecommunications company “Mediafon” and the magazine publisher “UPG Baltic” were bought. In 2012 the company achieved sales of 164.6 million litas (47.67 million euros).
