Raimondas Kurlianskis

Raimondas Kurlianskis (born September 10, 1965 ) is a Lithuanian entrepreneur and manager. He is CEO of the investment company MG Baltic Investment and at the same time Vice President of " MG Baltic ".

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Raimondas Kurlianskis completed his diploma studies with fellow student Darius Juozas Mockus at the Faculty of Economics at Vilnius University and became a labor economist. He later completed postgraduate studies at the International Business School , Administration of International Business in Vilnius. From 1990 to 1991 Kurlianskis worked as an assistant and taught at Vilnius University. In 1992 Kurlianskis was an economist-expert from "Lietuvos investicija". From 1992 to 1996 he was Investment Manager of “Investicijos fondas”, 1997 to 1998 Assistant Director of JSC “ Ifanta ” and from 1998 General Director of “ MG Baltic Investment ” (formerly “Ifanta”). He was also General Director of the Lithuanian news agency ELTA from 2004 to 2005 . In May 2016, Kurlianskis was arrested for 20 days after the political scandal because of his connections with the liberal politician Eligijus Masiulis .
