Alfred Meier (soccer player)

Alfred Meier was a German soccer player .

The goalkeeper became West German champions with Arminia Bielefeld in 1922 and qualified for the final round of the German championship . There the Bielefeld failed with Meier between the posts in the quarter-finals at FC Wacker Munich . It is not known whether Meier was still part of the Arminia squad a year later when he again participated in the final round. In the finals, Willi Niehaus was in goal.
