Alfredo Cruz

Alfredo Cruz (born August 2, 1990 ) is a Mexican - American track and road cyclist.

In 2008 Alfredo Cruz was the American champion in the team pursuit of the junior class on the track. The next year he won the individual time trial of the U23 class at the National Olympic Games in Mexico. At the Pan American Championship, he was tenth in the individual time trial and seventh in the road race for Mexico. In the road race he also won the bronze medal in the U23 class. Cruz has been driving for the Chipotle Development Team since 2011 . In his first year there, he won a stage in the Valley of the Sun Stage Race.
