Ali Coulibaly
Ali Coulibaly (* in the 20th century ) is an Ivorian diplomat. In the wake of the government crisis in Ivory Coast in 2010/2011, he was appointed by Alassane Ouattara as his country's ambassador to France and recognized by the local government on January 21, 2011. On the same day, in response to this , Laurent Gbagbo withdrew the accreditation of the French ambassador in Abidjan and let it be known that he would henceforth see him as: “The unemployed and ordinary French citizen ”.
