Alyosha Brell

Aljoscha Brell (* 1980 in Wesel ) is a German writer .

Life

Brell studied philosophy and new German literature in Berlin and has been working as managing editor for the Berliner Zeitung and the Berliner Kurier in Berlin since 2019 . He is married and has two children. His debut novel "Kress" was published by Ullstein Verlag in 2015 and was thoroughly discussed. "Kress, this is not a run-off big city idea, not a well-worn role prose writer in the predictable Weltschmerz bathrobe. The attraction that emanates from him is that of the heroic eccentric."
