All-China Youth Federation

The All-China Youth Association ( Chinese  中华全国青年 联合会 , Pinyin zhōnghuá quánguó qīngnián liánhéhuì ) was founded in 1949 and is a federal institution of Chinese youth organizations based in Beijing . It includes 52 youth organizations, including 16 national organizations and 36 at the provincial level. The youth association itself has more than 77,000 members at all levels, with its member organizations it is more than 300 million. Past members include former Presidents Hu Jintao and Jiang Zemin . One of the 16 national organizations that belong to the youth union is the Communist Youth Association of China .

The All China Youth Association organizes programs in the following areas: education and training, volunteering, development of a new landscape, environmental protection, protection of rights and interests, innovation and employment, youth culture, as well as international exchange and cooperation and exchange programs with Hong Kong , Macau and Taiwan .
