from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

All People's Congress is a political party in Zambia .

The APC was founded by the former lawyer, banker and politician Winright Kenneth Ngondo for the 2001 election in Zambia , in which he ran as a presidential candidate. However, he was only given outsider opportunities. In the 2006 election in Zambia , Kenneth Ngondo ran again, in which 20,921 votes were won, that is 0.76 percent, the lowest result of all candidates.

Winright Ngondo , about whom little is known, is said to have presided over the Federal Committee during the dictatorship of Kenneth Kaunda , so, like Gwendoline Konie, he is one of the exponents of the factions of UNIP , almost every one of which founded a party in order to survive politically . Konie drew the consequence in 2005, Ngondo not yet.
