The Allensteiner Welle is a radio window of the local radio station Radio Olsztyn in Olsztyn, which belongs to Polskie Radio . The program was founded in 2001 and is broadcast in German on Sundays from 8:05 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is aimed at the German minority in Warmia and Masuria .

The editorial team was founded by the Association of German Societies in the former East Prussia. The radio program is financed by the Institute for Foreign Relations (ifa) with funds from the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany and Radio Olsztyn.
The program can be received in the Allenstein area on 102.3 MHz, in the Elbing (Elbląg) area on 103.4 MHz and in the Lötzen (Giżycko) area on 99.6 MHz.
