Allergology International , abbreviated to Allergol. Int. , is a scientific journal published by Elsevier Verlag on behalf of the Japanese Society for Allergology. The journal was founded in 1952 under the name Japanese Journal of Allergology and published mostly in Japanese. In 1996 the name was changed to Allergology International and since then the language of publication has been exclusively English. It appears four times a year. Works are published that deal with the development, diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.

The impact factor in 2014 was 2.457. According to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge , the journal with this impact factor ranks 13th out of 24 journals in the Allergology category and 90th out of 148 journals in the Immunology category.
