General circular road construction
The General Circular Road Construction ( ARS for short ) is published by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in Germany and serves as information for ministries, authorities and organizations when technical or contractual regulations are introduced, supplemented or changed. The circulars are given a consecutive number with the corresponding year (for example circular no. 12/2010). The publication usually takes place in the official part of the traffic gazette .
