The Allianz Handwerker Services GmbH (AHS) is a Germany-wide provider of technical building and claims management. The company is a subsidiary of Allianz Versicherungs-AG and Allianz Partners SAS . Jacob Fuest has been the Chairman of the Management Board since October 2019. Allianz Handwerker Services has 7 operational locations in Hamburg, Leipzig, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt / Main, Stuttgart and Munich and employs around 300 people, including around 200 engineers and architects.

history

As a result of a pilot operation in Munich in 1998/1999, Agemis GmbH was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of Allianz Versicherungs-AG and DeTeImmobilien und Service GmbH as a craftsman repair service. In 2001 the business system was established at the federal level. In the following year, Agemis GmbH took over the technical building management of Allianz Dresdner Immobiliengruppe and at the end of the year became one of the largest buyers of handicraft services. In 2003, the product portfolio was expanded to include standardized apartment modernization and the management of insurance claims for real estate companies. In 2005 Agemis GmbH was renamed Allianz Handwerker Services GmbH. Allianz Handwerker Services was awarded the TÜV Service tested seal ( TÜV Saarland ) in August 2015 with an overall grade of 1.9.

Claims management for the insurance industry

In the insurance industry, Allianz Handwerker Services offers damage repair and compensation in kind. These assistance services belong to the field of home assistance . AHS handles individual and mass losses for insurance companies or their affected policyholders (private + commercial) after fire, tap water, storm, hail and natural events as well as theft and vandalism.

Technical building management for the real estate industry

For the housing and real estate industry, Allianz Handwerker Services offers construction work, e.g. B. repair, renovation and modernization work as well as ongoing maintenance. AHS also carries out energetic renovations including prior energy advice .

Repair management

In this business area, AHS processes minor damage up to a maximum amount to be determined by the client (e.g. 1,500 EUR). This ongoing repair is characterized by high volumes and less complexity of the individual damage (usually only one trade is involved).

Network management

In order to be able to provide the above-mentioned services for the various customer groups, Allianz Handwerker Services has set up a nationwide network of craft businesses. AHS negotiates framework price agreements throughout Germany with these partner companies from all trades. For quality assurance, service level agreements and framework agreements are concluded and regular training courses are held. AHS has access to around 2,500 craft businesses, with 80% of the orders being processed with around 500 top service providers.
