Allirahu is an Estonian island in the Moonsund Islands .

Allirahu is an uninhabited Baltic Sea island. It is located about 8 km south of the Estonian island of Saaremaa in the Bay of Riga . Allirahu belongs administratively to the rural community Saaremaa in the Saare district . The island is geologically young and very stony. Their size is 560 hectares. The highest point is 3 m above sea level.

There is a lighthouse and a small outbuilding on the island.

Allirahu has been a nature reserve since 2005. It also includes the small island of Tompamaa (also Tombamaa), 1.5 km southwest of Allirahu. Depending on the water level, it is partially washed over by the sea. Tompamaa is sandy and stony. There are no buildings on the island.

Particularly protected mammals in the nature reserve are ringed seals and gray seals .
