Allt om Mat (dt. Everything about the food ) is a Swedish magazine for food and drink and the market leader in this segment. The newspaper presents classic recipes from Swedish cuisine , wine tastings and new trends in gastronomy . 20 issues, 16 normal and 4 special issues appear annually for the festivals in spring , summer dinners, wine tastings in autumn and Christmas dinners . The recipe of the Flying Jacob was published in Allt om Mat No. 13 1976, pp. 44-45 .

The alltommat.se website has its own editorial team that works closely with the newspaper editorial team. The newspaper is printed in offset printing with a format of 217 x 280  millimeters .
