Almeida Garrett Monument
The Almeida Garrett Monument is a bronze statue in the center of the Portuguese city of Porto .
The monument was created on the Praça do General Humberto Delgado in front of the Câmara Municipal do Porto city hall by the sculptor Salvador Barata Feyo . It was unveiled on November 11, 1954 and honors the Porto-born poet Almeida Garrett (1799-1854).
