Alpine rights
The term Alprechte (also Almrechte , Bergrechte , Seyrechte ) denotes rights and institutions of alpine farming and means:
- the usage or ownership of an Alp for cattle summering , see Kuhrecht
- a fixed writing, binding regulations ( regulations ) to Alpnutzung
- a yield or estimate, see cow law .
In Switzerland there are alpine rights in the Alps , Pre-Alps and in the Jura .
