Alyssa Kleiner (born April 1, 1993 ) is a former American soccer player .

Career

During her studies at Santa Clara University , Kleiner played for the university team of the Santa Clara Broncos from 2011 to 2014 . In April 2015 she was appointed as an amateur player in the extended squad of NWSL participant Portland Thorns FC and made her debut there on May 9 in the home game against the Washington Spirit franchise . For the 2016 season, she switched to the Washington Spirit in exchange for Katherine Reynolds , where she made 35 league appearances in two years.

Before the 2018 season, Kleiner completed a trial training with the North Carolina Courage , but received no contract. In early May 2018, she joined Seattle Reign FC , where she ended her career after a season.
