The house with the postal address Am Fischmarkt 13 a is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on the Kron-Lastadie-Bastion in the street Am Fischmarkt .
The elongated building was built in 1864 and 1865 as a cannon wagon shed . The three-storey building has a massive ground floor, above it two upper storeys, which are made of half-timbered buildings with brick infills.
On the western long side, on the street Am Fischmarkt, there is a covered elevator system.
The building was extensively renovated and expanded in the 2010s and has been used as a restaurant since then.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 22.
