The listed buildings at Am Tannenwäldchen 7 and 10 in Düsseldorf-Derendorf form a pair of buildings that were built in 1919/1920 in the style of homeland security architecture.

The two-storey buildings are gable-free with a high pitched roof. There are open, three-arched arcades on the ground floor. The ground floor is separated from the upper floor by a cornice. The gable is framed by a cornice. The two buildings face each other and close the street to the east.
