Amadou Konaré

Amadou Konaré (* 20th century in Mali) is a lieutenant in the Mali armed forces and spokesman for the “National Committee for the Restoration of Democracy and the State” of Mali .

Public work

A coup against the government of President Amadou Toumani Touré on March 21, 2012 repealed the constitution and dissolved all state institutions in the country. He cited "the government's inability to take effective action against terrorists in the north of the country" as the reason for the coup . As the deputy of the leader of the coup plotters Amadou Sanogo , Konaré is number two in the leadership of the “National Committee for the Restoration of Democracy and the State”.
