Amberley is a small town at the intersection of Highways 21 ( Bluewater Highway ) and 86 in Huron County in Ontario , Canada . He belongs to the Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Ward .

Amberley consists of a few houses, farms and a village shop and serves as a transfer point for processing the agricultural products from the area. There are some seasonal rentals available, although there are some hotels in the vicinity.

Goderich , the county seat of administration, is 21 miles south of Amberley. Kincardine is 12 miles north on Highway 21 and Lucknow is 12 miles east on Highway 86. These communities offer a variety of service and lodging options. Because of the sunset over Lake Huron in the west, Amberley is colloquially referred to as part of the "Ontario's West Coast".

Amberley is near Point Clark on the south shore of Lake Huron, where one of the "Imperial Lighthouses" (lighthouse) was built, which was previously used for navigation. The "Point Clark Lighthouse" still exists today and tours are offered in the summer. There is a public beach with a boat station, public washrooms and plenty of parking.

Some cartographers refer to Point Clark as "the westernmost point of Southwest Ontario".
