American Dairy Science Association

The American Dairy Science Association (ADSA) is a non-profit organization for the scientific research of dairy farming . It is based in Champaign, Illinois .

ADSA was founded in 1906. It has about 4500 members. It deals with research and dissemination of research results in the areas of nutrition and husbandry of dairy cattle, business management issues and food technology . The ADSA works with the American Society of Animal Science . She publishes the Journal of Dairy Science . The journal describes itself as "the leading peer-reviewed general dairy research journal in the world."
