American Guns is an American reality TV series broadcast in English on the Discovery Channel and in German on DMAX . The series revolves around the Wyatt family, owners of the Gunsmoke Guns gun shop in Wheat Ridge , Colorado . At Gunsmoke Guns, weapons of all kinds are bought and sold, as well as exchanged, but customers can also rework their own weapons there or have firearms completely new and customized. There are also introductions to the use of weapons and target practice. The store closed after Rich Wyatt was convicted.
