Amir Mustafa Rusli (born February 5, 1987 in Kuala Dungun ) is a Malaysian track and road cyclist.

Amir Mustafa Rusli was fifth in the team pursuit on the track at the Asian Games in Doha in 2006 . The next year he won the silver medal in the singles pursuit at the Southeast Asian Games in Nakhon Ratchasima . On the road, he was successful on part of the Tour of Negri Sembilan in 2007 . Rusli has been riding for the Malaysian MNCF Cycling Team since 2008 .
