Friedeburg Office
The Friedeburg office was a historical administrative area of the Kingdom of Hanover .
history
The office was formed by ordinance of June 24, 1817 from the district bailiffs Horsten and Friedeburg and co-administered from 1825 to 1839 by the Wittmund office . In 1840 it was expanded by the private glory of Gödens , which was previously only subject to the judicial supervision of the Friedeburg office . In 1859 the Friedeburg office was incorporated into the Wittmund office.
