Official digital water management network

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The official digital water management network , abbreviated to AWGN , is a directory of the running waters in Baden-Württemberg on a scale of 1: 10,000. Factual attributes of the waters such as length, name, water code and others are summarized in the AWGN. For many measures on the waterways, the AWGN can determine the exact position. The Rhine as an international body of water will be continued with the old measurement data that has grown in the past. A total of 14,502 rivers with a length of 35,748.24 km have been digitized.
