At Trift 7 (Hanover)

The building

At Trift 7 is the address of a single-family house in Hanover , Kirchrode district . The residential building, which was completed in 1952 and surrounded by greenery, was built for the Kali Chemie company as the client according to plans by the graduate engineer and architect Goldschmidt.

In 1954 the building was awarded the Laves Prize . Among other things, the jury judged:

"The clarity and rigor of the basic structure and development nevertheless result in friendliness and comfort in garden-connected living."
