Anatoly Yevgenyevich Lokot
Anatoly Evgenjewitsch Lokot ( Russian Анатолий Евгеньевич Локоть ; born January 18, 1959 in Novosibirsk ) is a Russian politician of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation . He was a member of the Duma and was elected the new mayor of Novosibirsk on April 6, 2014 with 43.75 percent of the vote.
