Anda (Suihua)
The city of Anda ( Chinese 安达市 , Pinyin Āndá Shì ) is an independent city in the northeast of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Suihua in the province of Heilongjiang . Anda has an area of 3,586 km² and has approx. 510,000 inhabitants.
