Hailun

The city of Hailun ( 海伦市 , Hǎilún Shì ) is an independent city in the northeast of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Suihua in the province of Heilongjiang . Hailun has an area of 4,667 km² and a population of 820,000.
