Mingshui
The circle Mingshui ( Chinese 明水县 , Pinyin Míngshuǐ Xiàn ) is a district in the northeast of China . He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Suihua in the province of Heilongjiang . It has an area of 2,308 km² and has a population of 340,000 (2004). Its main town is the Mingshui (明 水镇) community.
Administrative structure
At the community level, the district consists of five large communities and seven communities.
