Andrea Fiedler

Andrea Fiedler (* 1967 ) is a German veterinarian and specialist book author .

Life

After graduating from high school, Andrea Fiedler studied veterinary medicine at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich from 1986 to 1991 . She then worked at the Department of Neuropathology there, completing her doctorate in 1994. She then initially worked in a large animal practice specializing primarily in cattle , before setting up her own practice in 1998. She specializes in hoof diseases . She has been working in a group practice with two colleagues since 2016. This works nationwide and, in addition to the treatment of individual animals, also offers business advice as well as advanced and advanced training events for farmers, hoof trimmers and veterinarians, partly in cooperation with the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.

She is involved as a member of the examination committee of the Free State of Bavaria for the certified hoof trimmers, in the DLG working group on hoof health and in the DLG test commission on hoof care products and is also active there to improve hoof health.

Andrea Fiedler is married and has three daughters.
