Andreas Hartenfels (born August 20, 1966 in Bad Sobernheim ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).

Hartenfels is an independent urban and landscape planner with his own planning office in Glan-Münchweiler ( Kusel district ). Since 1996 he has been a member and group spokesman for Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen in the district council of the Kusel district. He has been a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament since 2011 . Hartenfels is chairman of the committee for economy, climate protection, energy and regional planning as well as a member of the committee for environment, forestry, agriculture, food and viticulture. In his parliamentary group he is the political spokesman for the environment and nature conservation, building / housing and regional planning. He is a member of the Enquete Commission for Municipal Finances.
